Kyoko was in her third year of marriage when she decided to take a part-time job at a convenience store. She had been feeling down and needed a change of pace. One day, while working the register, she met Yamazaki, who had come in to buy some snacks.
Yamazaki was a charming and handsome man, and Kyoko found herself feeling a strong attraction to him. She tried to hide her feelings, but Yamazaki seemed to sense them. He would sometimes catch her staring at him, and would smile in return.
One day, Kyoko decided to take a risk and introduce herself to Yamazaki. They started talking and discovered that they had a few things in common. They both enjoyed hiking and had a passion for photography.
As time went on, Kyoko and Yamazaki became close friends. They would go on hikes together and take photos of the scenery. Kyoko found herself enjoying his company and the way he made her feel.
Yamazaki asked Kyoko if she wanted to go on a date with him. Kyoko was hesitant at first, but she eventually agreed. They went to a nearby park and sat by the lake. They talked and laughed, and Kyoko felt a sense of happiness she had not felt in a long time.
As they walked home, Kyoko realized that she was in love with Yamazaki. She felt a sense of freedom and excitement that she had not felt in years. She knew that she had to tell him how she felt, and that she wanted to be with him.
