The plot centers around a brother who is determined to save his sister, who has been transformed into a demon. He is forbidden by his brother to do so, but his love for his sister drives him to find a way. As his sister’s transformation progresses, she becomes more and more indecent, causing the brother to struggle with his own desires.
As the brother continues on his journey to save his sister, he finds himself constantly drooling at the sight of her demonized form. In order to quench his hunger and soothe his parched throat, he resorts to squeezing out semen from his crotch. This act of self-gratification becomes a coping mechanism for the brother, as he struggles to come to terms with his conflicting emotions.
