Kenichi was overwhelmed by the weight of the world, feeling depressed and hopeless as she returned to her aunt Mako’s house. She had been staying there for a while, as the bath in her own home was broken and she needed a place to stay. However, despite the kindness and comfort of her aunt, Kenichi still couldn’t shake off the dark cloud that loomed over her.
As the days went by and Kenichi continued to wallow in her misery, Mako noticed that something was off with her niece. She could see the pain and sadness in Kenichi’s eyes and knew that she needed something to lift her spirits. So, without hesitation, Mako offered to wash Kenichi’s body for her, hoping that the warm water and gentle touch would bring her some peace.
