Ayane was so thrilled when she met Yuji, a handsome doctor on a marriage hunting site. She felt like she was on top of the world when they finally tied the knot. However, their newlywed life was short-lived. Just a few weeks into their marriage, Yuji’s father had a heart attack and Yuji had to move in with his parents to care for him. This was a huge blow to Ayane who was used to the extravagant lifestyle of a doctor’s wife.
At first, Ayane was determined to make the best of the situation. She was excited to be living in a wealthy household and pretended to be the perfect daughter-in-law. However, as she spent more time with Yuji’s family, she began to notice their true colors.
It was then that she realized the dark and twisted nature of the family. Despite this, Ayane kept up appearances and did her best to fit in. She even went as far as to hide her own sadistic tendencies, afraid that it would not be accepted by her in-laws.
