Misaki, a young doctor who had been working for overseas medical volunteers, was devastated when she received the news of her father’s sudden death. As the only daughter of the hospital’s owner, Misaki was the natural successor to take over the operation of the hospital.
However, things took a turn for the worst when she returned to Japan. The deputy director of the hospital, Sekiguchi, had a plan to sell the hospital to a private corporation, which would have resulted in the loss of the hospital’s traditional values and services. Misaki, who had always been committed to her father’s vision of providing quality healthcare to the community, was outraged by Sekiguchi’s plan.
Despite her grief, Misaki was determined to take over the operation of the hospital and make sure that her father’s legacy would continue. With the help of her friends and colleagues, Misaki was able to gather the support she needed to take over the hospital. However, the road to success was not easy, as Sekiguchi did everything in his power to undermine her efforts.
