I always knew that my mother was the only person I could count on. As a single parent, she worked tirelessly to provide for me, and she never failed to show her affection. But as I grew older, I started to see my mother in a different light. I began to notice her not just as a parent, but as a woman. And it wasn’t until I was doing the laundry one day that I stumbled upon a pair of luxurious underwear that didn’t belong to my mother.
That was the moment I realized that my mother had a life outside of being a parent. She was a woman with desires and needs, just like anyone else. And I couldn’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy that someone else could make her happy in a way that I couldn’t. It was a confusing and overwhelming feeling, and I struggled to control my emotions. But deep down, I knew that I couldn’t compete with whoever had given my mother those fancy underwear.
As time went on, I couldn’t shake off the feelings of jealousy and desperation. I longed for my mother’s attention and affection, but I also didn’t want to lose her to someone else. I was constantly torn between wanting to be the only person in her life and wanting her to be happy. And it wasn’t until I grew older and gained a better understanding of relationships that I was able to let go of those possessive feelings towards my mother.
