Asako’s husband passed away early, leaving her a widow. Despite this tragedy, she worked tirelessly every day to provide for her beloved son and help him succeed in college. To honor her late husband, it was a tradition for Asako and her son to visit his grave together every year on the anniversary of his death.
Determined to lift her mother’s spirits, the son arranged for them to stay at an inn with a hot spring and spend the night there. As they soaked in the healing waters, the son’s robust and innocent nature reminded Asako of her own youth. However, her suppressed desires were ignited and soon consumed her, leading to a regretful and unexpected encounter with her son.
