Yurie, who works hard to provide for her family, lives in the company housing complex with her son, Ayumu. She is a loving and devoted mother, who will do anything to protect her son. Recently, she has noticed that Ayumu, who has always been a quiet and introverted child, has been acting differently. She has found evidence that he is being bullied at school, which has caused her great worry and concern.
One day, Ayumu brings a classmate home, who tells Yurie that Ayumu has been shoplifting. Shocked and disbelieving, Yurie confronts her son, who denies it. In that moment, she realizes that her son is telling the truth.
Her maternal instincts kick in and she vows to protect him at all costs. In a desperate attempt to keep her promise, Yurie agrees to do anything to put an end to the bullying and protect her son’s reputation.
